Red dates x 2 packs (300g each)
Dried longans x 2 pack (150g each)
Dang shen x 2 pack (150g each)

How to use

This tea is meant to be consumed during the first 14 days after childbirth. 

  • Rinse all ingredients in water prior to cooking.
  • Add in 15-20g of dang shen and dried longans, 30g of red dates into 700-800ml of water.
  • Cook on high heat until the tea has boiled and reduce to small flame for 30 minutes.
