2008 - 2011: In the pursuit of delivering premium-quality TCM products to our customers, Eu Yan Sang is also mindful of acting responsibly in order not to harm the environment. We have pledged not to sell or use any animal parts derived from endangered species (tiger, rhinoceros and bear), and are in full support of the initiative by ACRES and Singapore TCM Organisations Committee (STOC). The ACRES & STOC Endangered Species-Friendly TCM labels are on display at all our retail stores and TCM clinics in Singapore to further raise awareness of the need to protect endangered species. We are the first TCM clinic network that is showing our support towards endangered species.
