NEW SUBSIDIARY IN MALAYSIA - YEN & U SAN BHD

The Board of Directors of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd (the "Company") would like to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia, Eu Yan Sang (1959) Sdn Bhd has incorporated a 100% held subsidiary, Yen & U Sdn Bhd ("Yen & U").

Yen & U is incorporated in Malaysia with a paid-up capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The principal activities of Yen & U are to carry on the business of dealing in health supplements, natural healthcare and pharmaceutical products connected there with and lifestyle and wellness products with particular focus in Malaysia.

The above investment is funded by internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
