Substantial shareholding interests of Credit Suisse AG & Credit Suisse Group AG arise from purchase of 173,000 shares by Aberdeen Asset Management PLC and its subsidiaries (“Aberdeen”). By virtue of section 7(4A) of the Companies Act (Chapter 50), Credit Suisse AG is deemed to have an interest in the shares held by Aberdeen. Credit Suisse AG is a subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group AG.
