The Board of Directors of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Matthew J. Estes as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 29 October 2010.
Consequent upon the above change, the Board of Directors of the Company
will comprise the following members:-
