Empty one packet of soup ingredients, 500g of meat, 1500ml of water into a pot and bring to boil. Slimmer for 1½ hours. Add salt or soya sauce as desired. The proportion of meat and water can be adjusted according to own preference. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated if do not use immediately or once packet is opened.
