Flavour with either soya sauce or salt. Simmer for another 30 mins before serving.
For Vegetarians: Meat is not required.

Bak Kut Teh literally means "Meat Bone Tea" in the Hokkien dialect, but there is actually no tea in the dish. The name comes from the Chinese tea that is usually served together with this popular soup.
