Empty one packet of ingredients and add 1500ml of water into pot and bring to boil Simmer for 1 ½ hours.

My due date is around the end of the February, just received the package today. The package was nicely packed, and received delivery update information from DHL on the date and one date prior the delivery. It would be nice if the company can provide the shipping information ahead (for example, tracking), and also was expecting cooking schedules instructions in the package. Now I received everything, but I don’t know which to cook for specific date and time after my delivery .

Would there be any reaction to people taking sleep aid pills?

Generally we don't recommend to take our products with sleeping pills, it's suggested to take in the morning, it is recommended to check with your general practitioner for medical advice. Thank you.
