Dang-Gui Nan-Zao Nourishing Soup

• Fructus Jujubae
• Radix Angelicae Sinensis
• Fructus Lycii
• Radix Polygoni Multiflori

Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.

Conventional Cooker: Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours

Pressure Cooker: Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water to boil for 5 minutes on high heat. After that, reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. Follow precautionary procedures when using pressure cooker

Seasoning: Add salt or soya sauce as desired.

For confinement usage, to take on the 8th day after delivery
