Quick Stew - American Ginseng Herbal Soup Mix

Ingredients:

Concentrated Chicken Stock (66.7%) [Water, Chicken, Salt, Mushroom, Scallop, Monk Fruit, Ginger], Red Dates, Fragrant Solomonseal Rhizome, American Ginseng (5.3%), Chinese Yam, Astragalus Root, Wolfberry.

Cooking Instructions:

Serves 2–3 persons

1. Add the herbal sachet and concentrated chicken stock to a pot with 800ml of water.
2. Cook over high heat for 15 minutes.
3. Reduce to low heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve warm.

You may add vegetables, meat, noodles, or other ingredients as desired to enhance the flavour.
