Red Dates & Asian Moon Scallops Herbal Soup

Fructus Jujubae, Fructus Lycii, Nux Prinsepiae, Semen Astragali Complanati, Amusium Pleuronectes.

Serves 3–4 persons

Empty one packet of soup ingredients into a pot. Add 500g of meat and 1,500ml of water, then bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 1½ hours. Add salt or soy sauce as desired.

The amount of meat and water may be adjusted according to personal preference.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate if not used immediately or after the packet has been opened.
