Snow Fungus (50%), Brown Sugar (15%), Longan (3%), Red Dates (1.5%), Wolfberry (0.5%), Ginger Powder (0.5%)
Serving Suggestion:
Add 1 freeze-dried snow fungus cube into 200ml of hot water (80°C- 90°C). Stir well and serve. Leave to stand for 3 minutes for better flavour. Consume immediately after opening.
