Returns & Refunds

1. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Sure, you can return your order by contacting us within 10 business days of receiving it via the online Contact Us form.

  • Please indicate the following:
    -    Your full name
    -    Email address used to place your order
    -    Order number
    -    Product(s) that you are cancelling

    -    Reason for cancellation
  • Once we have acknowledged your request, you must send the parcel back to us within 14 business days. Once we receive, you will be refunded the price of the item(s) within 14 business days after inspection.
  • We will refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase excluding shipping fees.  If the product(s) was shipped free to you, a processing fee will be imposed.
  • You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way.  If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
  • All items returned should be in its original condition, complete and sealed.  Items that have been opened will not be entitled to a refund.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.  In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to charge a re-stocking fee or send it back to you.
