Directions:

To be taken 2 times daily with warm water, after breakfast and before bedtime.

 

Recommended Dosage:

Children 1-3 years old: 1/2 bottle each time

Children above 3 years old: 1 bottle each time

Adults: 1-2 bottles each time

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Effective cough relief I had a very bad cough and blocked nose with itchy throat and voice almost gone. Cough persisted for 2 weeks and clinic's cough mixture and flumicil were not effective. After 2 doses of this Eu Yan Sang product, my cough was almost gone though I had to continue a few more doses and several days more of avoiding chicken, eggs, fried stuff and cold drinks to get well. This product works but need to watch your diet to fully recover, understandably so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Usually have 2-3months of ongoing cough For many years now, whenever i have cough or flu, it usually lasts me 2-3 months with shortness of breath, sticky green phlegm, on n off fever, and unable to sleep well because of my coughing bouts. I will be going in n out of doctors and pharmacists door for meds and nebulizers but still not cured. Life goes on, still need to go to work while breathless, coughing and phlegm in my nose. Normal medicine made me sluggish so it was difficult to focus on work too. I took this for 3 days, and i could already sleep well. I still had cough with very small amount of white phlegm but was told that i should avoid eating chicken or fish when taking this herb. I was so amazed when i am cured within a week of taking this compared to taking the normal meds for cough n flu
