Recommended Dosage:

Perimenopause usage: Take one sachet a day with lukewarm water.

Postmenopause without obvious symptoms usage: Take one sachet in the morning and one in the evening with lukewarm water.

Postmenopause with obvious symptoms usage: Take two sachets in the morning and two in the evening with lukewarm water for two to three consecutive courses (30 days as one course). Thereafter, reduce dosage according to physical conditions or consult your physician.
