Eu Yan Sang has joined hands with Filos Community Services for Project V, a corporate volunteering initiative at the national level, emphasizing scale and consistency. This collaborative project, co-led by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), and the National Council for Social Service (NCSS), is dedicated to designing and prototyping a novel and sustainable corporate volunteerism model. Over the course of six months, our staff have actively engaging with the elderly beneficiaries in programs promoting active aging and created cherished memories.
Eu Yan Sang International organized an exclusive Tea Appreciation event in collaboration with our charity partner, Wicare Support Group, where we had the privilege of hosting 76 beneficiaries. During this event, we collectively explored the art of tea brewing, indulged in delightful afternoon snacks, and benefited from the valuable wellness insights shared by our TCM physicians, empowering our beneficiaries with knowledge and self-care practices.

In 1963, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew initiated Singapore's first tree-planting campaign. To honor his profound influence, Rachel Cheng, representing Eu Yan Sang Singapore, joined the LKY100 Commemoration Tree Planting event at Jalan Kayu during the Labour Day weekend.

Eu Yan Sang Malaysia's "Love with Gratitude Health Truck" is dedicated to bringing care and well-being to the community. Focused on Parent's Day, this initiative aimed to promote health awareness across 15 locations in West Malaysia. The event included complimentary Traditional Chinese Medicine Consultations, where our TCM practitioners conducted pulse and tongue diagnoses, offering valuable insights into individuals' health and well-being.
Eu Yan Sang Malaysia, in collaboration with Kuala Lumpur International Healthcare Centre and Bgreen Malaysia, has organized a series of Health Carnival events this April. In honour of World Health Day, we are happy to have offered free basic health checks, BMI checks, and bone density screenings to help raise awareness and prevent metabolic syndrome. This is part of our commitment to promoting better health for all.
Eu Yan Sang Malaysia successfully raised RM137,517.84 for the Little Yellow Flower Foundation as part of our annual charity event, Bucket of Gold. This project has been consistently organized for the past 20 years since 2004. Founded in 2007 by talented actresses Sinje Lee, Charlie Young, Gigi Leung, and Valen Hsu, the Little Yellow Flower Foundation's mission is to offer underprivileged children worldwide better educational opportunities and a brighter future.
On February 16, our Managing Director of Eu Yan Sang Malaysia, Eric Chiu, and his team presented the cheque to the foundation. They also had the pleasure of sharing lunch with the children from the Little Yellow Flower Foundation and creating hand-painted bookmarks. Eu Yan Sang Hong Kong proudly supported the "100 Blessings – Renewal of Vows" ceremony by the Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service at Repulse Bay. Celebrating lifelong commitment, 60 couples relived their wedding day, renewing their vows in festive attire. To honor these special unions and encourage lasting health, we contributed our signature Essence of Chicken. This event underscored the value of marriage and communal appreciation.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Eu Yan Sang collaborated with three prominent healthcare institutions—the Integrative Medical Centre of Hong Kong, the Centre for Clinical Trials on Chinese Medicine, and the State Key Laboratory of Research on Bioactivities & Clinical Applications on Medicinal Plants—to launch an initiative providing a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) immunity-boosting product, Co Immunity Soup (Co 免疫湯), to frontline medical workers in Hong Kong. Developed by the Institute of Chinese Medicine at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and adapted from a TCM formula used during the 2003 SARS outbreak, this specially formulated soup aimed at enhancing immunity. Despite challenges such as tight herb supply and escalation goods prices, Eu Yan Sang successfully produced 14,000 sachets of "Co" Immunity Soup at our GMP factory in under two weeks.
