Tonic Wine Series

For centuries, the Chinese have infused herbs in alcohol to bring out their health benefits, as it is believed that wine can channel the effects of herbs throughout the body so that the benefits are enhanced. According to Li Shi Zhen, the great herbalist of the 16th century, “old wine can harmonise the blood, revitalise Qi, warm the Stomach and expel coldness.”

This series of medicated wine can be enjoyed on its own, or as a perfect complement to any meal.
