The Board of Directors of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that Mr Tan Kang Fun @ KF Tan, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has resigned to pursue other interests. The resignation takes effect from 31 August 2010.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Tan for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
