5 Superfoods to Help with Weight Loss

One way to lose weight is to control the portions you consume. As such, you’d want the things you eat to contain as many essential nutrients as possible — ie no junk food… well, maybe occasionally!

To help you on your quest, here are five food items you may wish to incorporate into your diet:

Stevia

  • green leaves of this plant are used as a sweetener

Quinoa
